Zeon America manages Braun's warranty work in the USA. I find their warranty policy to be unacceptable. Most major corporations (i.e. Phillips) will send the replacement item with a return label. so the customer can return the defective product. Zeon America requires the WARRANTIED Braun product to be returned FIRST, at the customers cost, PLUS a $10.00 donation to cover their return shipping for the replacement item.
