This company is a total scam. They give the impression that everything is transparent through the billing process, meanwhile they're offloading offices health records to outsourced data entry folks overseas that are constantly making mistakes. Good lord knows HIPAA compliance isn't followed either. Files flyin' in every direction over the internet with very little regard for privacy or patient security. As an engineer the work is hard and tasks are complicated. They are automating manual insurance billing process for dentists. Let me start by saying that if they are able to automate it, they should get a Nobel Peace prize for an attempt to bring peace to humankind and save them from bad billers. If Zentist fired all billers who only know how to work some old software and even older processes and rethought the heuristics they would be where they are now much faster.
