Such a cute spot! I took 45 min massage after the full marathon run. So I asked to mostly work on my legs and shoulders. I greatly appreciate the quick consultation part where you can discuss your preferences. My muscles were so sore, and now feeling great after the massage. Thank you! Will definitely recommend

By far the BEST massage & body work experience of my life. Highly recommend booking with M @ ZenState, especially for body work massage therapy. The trigger points in my upper shoulder that radiated through to my fingers was debilitating. Over the last month working w/ PT & M's body work has completely resolved my issues.
