Strength built through peaceful, personal training. At 69, I have strong beautiful arms I'm proud to show in short sleeves. I DO NOT look like a weight trainer, but I have a strong feminine body thanks to ZenRock Personal Training! Being in a loud gym is extremely stressful for me. So their thoughtful, individualized approach helped be build lasting strength and grace in a quiet, peaceful environment.
We booked a private class for a team building event and had a very enjoyable experience, Petra was a great instructor and wonderful to work with! Our team had a great time!
