Dr. Zeno is without question a paragon in the field of dentistry!!! I’ve been treated as family from day one. The staff is warm, hospitable, professional, and most importantly (in my case) nonjudgmental. However, the main reason I’m loyal to doc Zeno is because he genuinely cares about his patients! Yes, he is concerned with my dental health, yet the overwhelming feeling I’m left with is that he cares about ME.
I have PTSD from dealing with Dr. Zeno I have waited almost a year to post this. I had a crown done last summer with Zeno. It was painful (both the procedure and dealing with him). There isn't enough characters remaining to write about my experiences with him. I am still having issues with my crown and all around pain since it was put in. I have to go back and have it probably re-done again and am petrified to do so. Angel is probably the nicest one there. She works at the front.

I was working in Virginia and had a dental emergency. My wife researched dentists in the area and we chose Dr. Allen only off the reviews...OMG!!! This guy is amazing ...it was so worth it all..I highly recommend DR. Allen!!!
I took my boys to Dr. Zeno when we lived in Norfolk cause he was close. We moved to Northern VA, and saw another guy a couple times. Last fall, my oldest, who has always had excellent teeth (except his adult teeth tend to come in before the baby ones fall out) was referred to an orthodontist at his annual exam - presumably to have a couple baby teeth pulled. Dr. Zeno has been my dentist since my first tooth came in! I love him! He's now my son's dentist who is 4 and soon to be my daughter's! I would recommend him to any and everyone! He allows my son to sit on my lap to watch how everything is done so he's not scared! I've never come out of there with any pain or discomfort, he's just that good!
I love Dr. Zeno. He is the absolute best. I use to live in Norfolk near the office. I moved to Suffolk and now I travel to Norfolk just to be his patient. I have nothing but the best experiences at this office. I've even gotten referrals to an oral surgeon from Dr. Zeno which was excellent. I would not trust my family's teeth to anyone else. I applaud all that he does and the friendly family oriented treatment that I received from Dr. Zeno. You are the best, DR. ZENO!!!!
