Stuck in 1979 — no online payments, no website! They only accept checks in the mail, and sometimes the mail "doesn't arrive" in time and a late fee is charged. Dana answers the phone and does the paperwork and she's rude 100% of the time. When I questioned a late fee, she got angry and sent me an email saying that she decided to cancel my loan! They blaming lending rules for their lack of technology but then ignore lending rules with an email to arbitrarily force a full payoff. Shady.
This company will only accept payment by check via USPS or dropoff. when USPS delivered late, out of my control, I was still charged a late fee so I had to start incurring the cost of sending overnight. Their payoff fees where insanely high too, I've included a screen shot. Negotiate those upfront if you have to use them.
