WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. Went through a grueling and extreme vetting for a rental to become a tenant. Took 1 week to be approved. After approval we had to give a deposit for full months rent within 24 hours site unseen. I asked if the carpet would be new, they said they didn't know as there were current tenants there, but that they did have a cat and lived there for years. I asked if it was possible to get new carpet, because I have a medical condition and would need new carpet. They said they would get a bid for n... read more
I would give Zenith no stars if it was available...Horrible people...If your rent is late 1 day its a 400$ late fee..If your grass is 2 inches high its a 75$ FEE..Also if you have to break your lease its a 5000$ fee to get out of your lease...Worst place to rent from in the state of Washington!!!!
