They nickel and dime tenants. They ignore tenant calls and emails. They stood the owner and the tenant up for an appointment they scheduled, never called to say they were running late, never apologized for standing us up and wasting our time especially when I had to take off work to accommodate. Poor follow up. Make up fees that's not listed on the website nor the lease. Don't recommend using this company. Right now they are looking at a day in court because of their shady practices.

WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. Went through a grueling and extreme vetting for a rental to become a tenant. Took 1 week to be approved. After approval we had to give a deposit for full months rent within 24 hours site unseen. I asked if the carpet would be new, they said they didn't know as there were current tenants there, but that they did have a cat and lived there for years. I would give Zenith no stars if it was available...Horrible people...If your rent is late 1 day its a 400$ late fee..If your grass is 2 inches high its a 75$ FEE..Also if you have to break your lease its a 5000$ fee to get out of your lease...Worst place to rent from in the state of Washington!!!!
