Upsetting experience! I had a manicure at this salon, and while my nails looked fine from a distance, up close they were uneven and very poorly painted. I didn’t want to complain in the moment and still left a 13% tip. However, the way I was looked at for leaving “only” 13% felt extremely rude and unprofessional. I’m extremely disappointed with the service here. The hygiene standards were shockingly poor—there was no effort to sanitize properly, no towel placed under my hands during the treatment, and they didn’t even wet my hands before attempting to remove my cuticles. The polish application was careless, with uneven coverage and several missed spots. This wasn’t my first bad experience either. Just went here for the first time & was so impressed! Very clean, professional environment. They did my pedicure and manicure at the same time, which I loved! $95 before tip for gel manicure and pedicure. I will be back!
