I have been a loyal customer of this salon for over 10 years, which makes it especially disappointing to write this review. This past weekend, I called ahead and made an appointment. I arrived on time, yet during both my pedicure and manicure appointments, walk-in customers who arrived after me were seated before me. I’ve been going to this nail salon for 6 years now. I recently got a gel manicure with nail hardener for $45. One nail chipped a week later and I went to get it patched up. No biggie and appreciated the service. Next day a 2nd nail completely chipped and the patchwork from the previous nail chipped again. I asked for the gel to be removed and for a keratin strengther (which I brought from home) be applied. She took the gel off free of charge (as she should) but said if I wanted keratin she would charge me for the full manicu... read more
