I've worked with Zenger Folkman for almost 20 years in my organizational development role at OCTA. I think a core competency framework is vital to clear organizational thinking and common language, and ZF's 19 competencies have been very effective. We use them in every element of the Talent Management process. The combination of Jack's qualitative leadership insight and Joe's quantitative rigor are unique and powerful. I recommend ZF to those trying to design a better team or organization.
