Non existent customer service, should report to BBB – Tried unsuccessfully for a matter of months to schedule an appointment here for a gift certificate I received and never received a callback. I ultimately ended up getting a refund on the certificate (if you call Groupon they are aware of the less than stellar service that is being offered and they will refund your money). I would not recommend this business to anyone.
Shame on Zenful Monkey!! – Unable to use Groupon for this company. Tried sceduling online. No appts avialable after mentioning Groupon. Left several messages with no return response. For that I would not recommend doing business with this company!
