I completed eight classes at this Zenergy studio during my visit to Pittsburg, from Canada, in June and they were all absolutely terrific. As an older but still competitive cyclist it was a perfect way to keep up my fitness during my visit to Pittsburg without travelling with my bike. I took Presley’s Zen & Meditate Class this morning and cannot express how special this class is. I’ve been to all sorts of classes and instructors here at Zenergy and I genuinely love them all. But Zen and Meditate was such a profound way to begin the day and it shifted my view for the day and hopefully beyond. I’m excited to take the next monthly installment of this class!

Such an unexpected find! I started riding at Zenergy a year ago just to add some extra cardio to my fitness routine. I thought I would just attend 1-2x class a week, but now this studio has become part of my consistent routine. Staff are always very friendly and every instructor is amazing. Whether you want a boot camp style or more meditative ride, you’ll find an instructor for you. Best of all, the community of riders are truly supportive and kind. Excited for more rides to come!
