I’ve been meaning to share my thoughts on Zennergy Cycling for a while, and here it finally is. In a nutshell: it’s been a really positive experience for me. First off, the instructors are fantastic. They manage to strike that perfect balance between pushing you and making you feel supported, which is huge for me. I completed eight classes at this Zenergy studio during my visit to Pittsburg, from Canada, in June and they were all absolutely terrific. As an older but still competitive cyclist it was a perfect way to keep up my fitness during my visit to Pittsburg without travelling with my bike. I took Presley’s Zen & Meditate Class this morning and cannot express how special this class is. I’ve been to all sorts of classes and instructors here at Zenergy and I genuinely love them all. But Zen and Meditate was such a profound way to begin the day and it shifted my view for the day and hopefully beyond. I’m excited to take the next monthly installment of this class!
