As a first-timer to Zenergy and a long timer lover of spin, I really wanted to like it, but the experience just kept getting worse overtime. Sign-up + Set up I went to an 8am class with my friend—the front desk folks were super kind and helped me sign up very quickly given their site wasn't working on mobile or desktop to sign-up beforehand.
