Love the teas and staff. Great place to just relax
I have a zencha gift card they said they accepted gift cards bc the one in short north refused to take ot even though got it from there . Called Bexley store they said would take ot drove half an hour to be told that they dobt. Terrible customwr service and out $25!!!! Love to post photo of it of that was an option

I always head to Zen-Cha in the Short North for delicious tea options, as well as, for my client meetings. The food and drinks are always tasty...and the environment is a great alternative to coffee shops because it is more quiet and calm. Not only this, I have used Zen-Cha to cater my wedding and the service along with the teas they provided were exceptional.
