Customer service is horrible. Tea was beyond great.
Worst service I've ever received. Both orders of tea were wrong. And I couldn't ask them to be corrected because our server sat down to eat with the other worker directly after placing our order. The three gentlemen working behind the counter were polite and helpful. I would go back only because of them.

The staff was welcoming, patient and kind while I waited for a behind schedule client. I preferred to wait on my client, so I didn't order right away and that wasn't a problem (unlike at the Bexley location). When I did finally order, the food and tea were delicious! Would certainly meet friends or potential clients this location again. Thanks!
