Loved It – I loved this place. It was actually fun and relaxing to have my hair highlighted. I have been to some expensive salons but this is by far the best hair experience I have had. The color is beautiful and exactly what I wanted!
Not impressed. – I went to Zena's because it was convenient to my work, and looked appealing from the outside. However, I was very disappointed by the service and also by the hairstyle I received. First, the appointment started 20 minutes late-and I received no apology for that. Then, the stylist was aggressive when handling my hair..pulling, trying to comb out knots, etc. When I asked her to be more careful, she said I "must be tenderheaded." Pedicures – First, the pedicure wasn't even done as much as a vietnamese place would have. The lady left out cleaning of the toes and my heels was still rough after all that. And this isn't my first time going to a salon to get a pedicure done. I figure since their name was mentioned so many times that I should try it, what a disappointment!!!
