Had amazing experiences with everyone there they have definitely made me feel better since my car accident to help relieve the pain ! Amazing staff!!
Unfortunately I can not review their services. The only thing I can review is that they wasted 1 1/2 hrs of my time. I called in first to see if my insurance was in network. They told me that they've used it in the past and to just come on in. So I did. I got there and first thing i asked was not to do anything that would charge me until they knew for certain that my insurance was good there. They agreed and had me fill out paperwork. I've been driving from east of Portland OR twice a month for over three years to see Dr. Troy. He and his staff are simply the best.
I've had back pain since middle school. Ever since getting adjusted by Dr. Troy I haven't suffered any low back pain for months. I feel great and have more energy.
Dr Troy is the best chiropractor I've been to and my family loves him as well, very friendly staff too! Highly recommend!
Dr. Troy and his team are excellent at helping others with their injuries, and teach patients to take care of themselves. I recommend everyone to go to Zenaptic and get care from Dr. Troy.
I was seen by "Dr." Troy and am far worse for wear. He would force adjustments. Twice, my arm flew up in the air while he was adjusting my neck. I told him that it hurt and his response was "that's normal." I stopped seeing him after the second time it happened. He charged for services he didn't provide and overcharged for the ones he did provide. He is a fraud. Visit his office at your own risk. I'd give negative stars if I could.

Dr Troy is the best chiropractor I have ever gone to. He cares about the whole you. The mental , physical ,emotional and your diet. Dr. Troy has free classes at least once a month. To help one understand what is eating healthy? What is being emotionally healthy? What is physical health within? And many other questions...... .Going to Dr.Troy is one of the best things I have done for myself as a whole..... What are you waiting for ???
