The staff is friendly but the doctor is rude to patients , has yelling matches and confrontations in front of all her other patients and staff about patient's treatment. Is very unapologetic, and doesn't take accountability for mistakes made on her end.
It's a family atmosphere and all the staff is great!! We love it!!!
Our family loves Dr. Cofie. Both of our kids have gotten braces and retainers. Customer service is exceptional. They are flexible to our busy schedule. The staff know us all by name. We've been very happy with Dr. Cofie over the last 3 years.
