World’s best jewellery store. Ali is wonderful and so lovely. 100% would recommend.
I do not recommend it because I had two wedding rings repaired and they were rubbed in bad condition
Bought gold and diamond earrings for $3000. Main criteria was they had to be reliable and not fall out when hiking/swimming etc. clasp HAD to be secure. Shown earring and told 100% these earrings will NOT come loose. 3 weeks later took off jumper in bush and earring came out- didnt realise initially and hours of searching earring not found. Asked about replacement- would cost $3K for 1 earring! Useless.
If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I have never received such terrible service in my life. Took my gold chain necklace to be repaired, received back a different chain which broke as soon as I left the store. I went back in to talk to the jeweler and he started yelling at me immediately saying it "wasn't his fault" (also mentioned in other reviews so must be a common excuse).
