We were in the area for the 2017 eclipse and stopped in Lawrence to eat. We found Zen Zero on the map and took our chance. It was amazing! We asked as soon as we walked in if they had any vegan menu options and the woman sat us at a table and got a list of not only vegan menu options, but subtractions and substitutions for menu items that didn't normally come without animal products.
