Great customer service and representation. Owner met with us to discuss our needs and thoroughly went through the Zen Window product. Installers were great and removed and installed 17 windows in one 8 hr period. Will definately use Zen Windows for our next project. ******

Fantastic experience!. The whole process from the initial request for information/quote to the installation of 18 windows was seamless and completely stress free. I had a few other companies come out to the house and experienced the the whole kitchen table 2 hour demo process with the pressure at the end to make a decision on the spot. Ughhh!! Great customer service from Zen windows. They have a very low key approach and I was very pleased with the installers working with me on outside trim. I wasn't happy with the normal trim and they worked with me on a solution using vinyl/pvc trim that matched my Hardy plank siding better. The soft-lite windows that they use are top notch.
