Amazing Job!!! Great guys to work with! Brian was great about taking care of our needs not selling windows!! Not much of a disruption in the house and totally cleaned up after themselves! Will be calling them again if needed and recommend Highly!

We love our new windows! They open / close so easily and we can already notice the difference in outside noise and air temperature. We are looking forward to the Fall/Spring season to open the windows with screens to let the breeze in. The Zen crew were courteous, worked diligently, and showed my husband how to flip open the windows to clean them - Thank you!

What a great company..No pressure sales person, less expensive than the other guys. Great Quality and warranty. Widows and sliding glass door turned out awesome.

We had an excellent experience with Zen Windows. Brian, Scott, and their crew are really easy to work with and Zen's prices were the best we could find in the area. The windows are high quality and if there are any issues Brian is very responsive and, again, easy to work with. We're keeping Zen in mind for when we want to replace our entry doors.

Brian, the owner of Zen windows was so professional, as well as personal, to work with. I did my homework and contacted 5 other window companies before making Zen windows my choice. They offer a superior window, with exceptional customer service. They showed up ontime to initiate the process of measuring the custom windows, the install was seamless. The installers are professional, show up at the appointed time and complete the project in a timely manner. I researched many window companies in the Charlotte area and kept finding Zen Windows on the top of the list. I called them and had nothing but great customer service, honesty and attention from the first phone all the way to the end of the project. I just had 31 windows replaced in my house and I was really nervous about this job. I highly recommend Zen Windows if you are considering replacement of your older windows. Brian Z******** is the franchise owner and can't say enough about him. Over the years I've spoken with many Window sales people and Brian really stood out as a confident, polite non pushy young man who truly wants to understand what YOU are looking for not what HE wants to sell.
