Went tubing this past Saturday. Even though the staff was very friendly, the trip was very boring for me and my family, plus it was VERY expensive compared to other tubing places around. For my family it was 100$ to push myself down the river. Also it wasn't relaxing because of traffic and airplanes going by. Was looking for a serene nature setting.
We had a great trip today! We drove all the way from Statesville and will definitely be back! Everyone was super nice and the river was wonderful. It had alot of great swimming spots!

We love Zen Tubing! We were honored with a free ride for my husband as thanks for his service as a police officer. The trip was fantastic, the tubes were super comfy and the scenery was PERFECT!
great place and friendly staff. is a nice quiet ride for 4 hours.
Had a fantastic time today with my friends, even with the rain that was perfectly timed with us going under the overpass to wait it out. We are all proud members of the frequent floater club now and will definitely be back. Splurge for the cooler tube, it's big enough for a large cooler plus shoes, bags, etc
I wanted to share a review for other families with young kids. We have an 11, 8, and 4 year old. 4 is the minimum age, so I was a little nervous about what to expect. All my kids did great and really enjoyed it! We did the South location. The 5 of us all hooked together, which was great. The ride is slow and very relaxing, so we had no worries about anyone getting thrown out of a tube. This is a great day trip for families. Have plenty of sunscreen, drinks, and snacks.

There are high levels E. coli in the French Board River when the is no rain FALL. It's not a good idea for anyone to be in the river. There are warnings on the WLOS News too. It's a bad idea children and pregnant women.
So much fun! Very quick check in process and then you're on your way! No better way to spend the day for $20. Staff is very friendly. Definitely will be back!
