Very relaxing & easy tubing. The staff was very helpful. �
The website says that they don't take reservations, and they stop sending people out to the water at 3 pm. We drive 2 hours and arrived at 1pm. We were directed to a parking spot, parked, and headed to the line. It was at that point, that we were told they were not taking any more floats out that day. We asked about the 3pm deadline and we got a canned response - I just do what I'm told! Horrible customer service! This was probably the best experience I have had tubing. It was very relaxing and there were no rough spots at all! They give you estimated float times, but really it is up to you. We stopped at the islands and just enjoyed the shade for a little bit. Everyone was very friendly who was working and they have nice stairs to get in and out at. We will definitely be going back!
