After reading all of the reviews of this company I was super skeptical going today. But I’m glad to say that the Zen staff really changed my mind! They were all very helpful, friendly and kind. It was a little stressful putting in but I think that was first time jitters. The river was awesome and you can clearly see where to get out at if you pay attention to what they say. We’ve been twice and it was an awesome experience both times the first time my husband who is disabled wanted to go as he doesn’t usually get to do fun things with us like this and they were extremely helpful helping him into a float and then most importantly helping them out of the flower information it was an amazing experience and then we just went yesterday with my team and again we had a great time on the river thank you again for all you do highly recommend
Great experience. We were thinking about going to another place but saw this on our way back to our vacation home.. So glad we did. Such a great place to unwind. Staff was friendly and helpful and made it a fun time. The trip down was really fun and we are already thinking about doing it again. Thanks for the great time

Excellent! I'm not sure where the complaints in earlier reviews came from because it was fantastic. Very nice, caring people. My sister-in-law has medical issues and they showed complete compassion and assisted us wherever we needed. We're going again this weekend. Also, why did the pompous reviewer say they paid for a paddle? SMH Zen is in the attitude...
