We had our first zen experience this weekend and we had a blast! The staff were attentive and funny. They never let you feel like you were insure of what was happening. From the moment we pulled into the parking lot we were greeting and told where to park and from there we were sent to the office to register. The guy driving the shuttle was funny and personable. Parking was a disaster and when we wanted to leave we had to wait 20 minutes for our keys. When we were paying they refused to take cash and said we HAD to use a card. The overflow parking which we were made to park in, even though we got there early, has no where for you to change when you return from the river. Would not make the trip for this place. Not worth it.

We definitely wish we could park the hundreds of customers we get on Saturdays on our own property but we have became so busy that we have to use other parking areas for which we lease during the summer. And we are so glad that we have been able to lease properties or else we would have to turn people away. We do have changing rooms on our own property that you are welcome to use after your trip. I came all the way from Arkansas to go Zen Tubing. I had an amazing time. The staff was awesome and knowledgeable,the bus drives was so kind. A great place for a large family or just one person who wants to zen out on the river.

We went tubing at the south location yesterday for my daughter’s 13th birthday. Our group included ages 9 through 60 and we all had a blast! Everyone was helpful and friendly. The paddle was recommended and free! Also, two staff helped us get out of the river and return our floats. What a beautiful and relaxing day that I’m sure we will be talking about for a while! Thanks for the great memories Zen!

Awesome time with the family floating down the river yesterday. Ask for or bring your own paddle. Every experience is what you make it. Ours was great. Definitely will be back and plan to try the other location as well on our next visit from Florida.
