Wow! I am new to the area and My niece and nephew bought me a gift card. Upon entering I was impressed, everyone is very nice! Clean and relaxing environment and the techs are so friendly. I have RA and they are so gentle with my hands. The owner Linda has a heart of Gold!!! I broke one nail and she insisted upon manicuring and retouching both hands!! I highly recommend Zen and peace is what I feel every time I go. Thanks Zen for always caring for your clients!!!

I recently visited Zen Nails for a basic pedicure , which cost $40. I was told it would take 30 minutes, but the whole process was rushed and completed in 20 minutes. The service was definitely not what I expected. The description for the basic manicure included a cooling gel massage, but that was never done. When I asked the manager about it, she informed me that the cooling gel massage had been "canceled."
