I had a really disappointing experience here. Sarah was extremely rough during my gel manicure — the cuticle pushing and filing were so painful that I kept pulling my hand back. Instead of adjusting her technique, I was repeatedly told to “relax,” even though I was clearly in pain. The sides of my nails were also not fully painted. When I tried to choose a toenail color, I was rushed after less than a minute and told that another client was coming and there wasn’t time for me to decide. The staff here is friendly and the salon itself is clean and welcoming, which I truly appreciate. Unfortunately, the quality of services is too inconsistent for the price. I’ve experienced uneven nail lengths, incomplete pedicures, and rushed polish applications that led to bumpy, cracked, and uneven color. It’s disappointing, especially given the convenient location near my work. I wanted to love this place, but the high cost just doesn’t match the quality of results.
