I had a really disappointing experience here. Sarah was extremely rough during my gel manicure — the cuticle pushing and filing were so painful that I kept pulling my hand back. Instead of adjusting her technique, I was repeatedly told to “relax,” even though I was clearly in pain. The sides of my nails were also not fully painted.
