This is the second time I have been here, first time I was giving them the benefit of the doubt that they over booked. Today I gave them a second chance and it will be the last time. I called early this morning to set up my appointment for 3pm. I arrived 20 mins early and they had no appointment scheduled for me and no time to even fit me in after I explained this is the second time I’ve been there and had this happen. The sweetest technician ever did my nails, I just had to get a broken extension fixed, and she did it so quickly and gave me great advice about my nails and nail health! She helped me find the exact color match of dip powder that I had gotten done at another salon.
Thanks so much to Bryant is excellent & a true perfectionist who does beautiful work, & super nice person & the entire staff is very attentive; it is definitely worth coming back soon.
