Absolutely the most unprofessional human being ever to have her own business. I was scheduled for a massage at 1 o’clock last Saturday as a Christmas present from my mother (Groupon.) Friday night I get a text message saying she had an earlier appointment available if I wanted to come in at noon so I said yes.
