Two missed telephone appointments now, they keep saying they will call and don’t. Also we were told two weeks ago they would put in an urgent request for imaging and we have still not heard from anyone about that either. Causing a lot of stress for my family. Very unhappy with the level of service and consideration.
Dont waste your time here. I need a new dr as mine is retiring. I called they said they were accepting new patients. .my oldest child and I both sent applications..they called my child for an appt but not me I called and told them we both applied and explained again and reception told me she will get confirmation from dr. Month went by still no call. I called again. Im desperate for a dr. She said again the same thing. And now it been prob 6 months and still no call.
