I've always had a great experience here and have felt relaxed when leaving!
Although my therapist smelled of cigarettes, which was an immediate thumbs down, the aromatherapy pretty much masked it. His technique was new to me but did the trick - felt very relaxed when it was over (which is always too soon).
Zen is a great, high quality and professional massage spa. I have been many times and am never disappointed!
Terrible Service, would not ever go or recommend anyone from ever going to ANY Zen Massage business.
Fyi. 60 min massage is really 45-50 tops. Checked in at 4. Got to the room at 4:06 was outside by 4:57. You get what you pay for.
