I needed to either reschedule or be late for my appointment and the lady told me that she would charge the whole cost of the massage to cancel. I didn't want to cancel. She continued to explain that the paperwork that I signed...but this was a gift from my family...so what paperwork?!?! Not to mention that I wasn't trying to cancel. I've been going to Zen Massage for about 7 years now and I love it. The staff is always friendly and their prices are very reasonable.
I told whoever answered the phone that I needed to reschedule. She cancelled my appointment and attempted to end the call. I repeated my request to reschedule and she got my name wrong twice. When she asked me to repeat the spelling of my name again I spoke up assuming she couldn't hear me seeing as how I had to repeat myself so many times in one phone call and she told me there was no need to yell. I wasn't yelling. Very poor listening skills, and poor customer service. I ended up cancelling after all.
Stephanie is awesome. If I could pick my own pace and pressure, it would be what she provides.
