I've been going to Zen Massage for about 7 years now and I love it. The staff is always friendly and their prices are very reasonable.
I told whoever answered the phone that I needed to reschedule. She cancelled my appointment and attempted to end the call. I repeated my request to reschedule and she got my name wrong twice. When she asked me to repeat the spelling of my name again I spoke up assuming she couldn't hear me seeing as how I had to repeat myself so many times in one phone call and she told me there was no need to yell. I wasn't yelling. Very poor listening skills, and poor customer service. I ended up cancelling after all.
Stephanie is awesome. If I could pick my own pace and pressure, it would be what she provides.
Zen massage is the best thing next to apple pie. The people who give massages are pros. I have been to many parlors none better. Bill Phelps
