Told Kassandra Williams that I had to take a medical emergency leave of absense and she blocked my phone number and hasn't paid me for about a month of pay. Unfortunately Zen Maids quality and professionalism has greatly gone down since we started with them. We had been loyal clients and from our recent experiences in the past 6 months, we no longer use them.
