I visited Santa Cruz a couple of weeks ago from North Carolina and bought 3 souvenir glasses at Zen Island. I had to ship them home, as I was flying. When they came in the mail, one was crushed. I contacted Zen Island to see if I could purchase another glass and pay for them to ship it to me. THEY DID!! NO HESITATION!! I just got it today in the mail and I am so grateful for the service provided! Thanks again Zen Island!
Zen never lets me down. Best presents in town with super Zen girl service.
