Horrible experience., Liked it better when it was magic shears. Was told 5 to 10 minutes. after 20 minutes was told 5 more minutes. A stylist finished cutting a customers hair than instead of waiting on me just sat there talking to the girl at the front desk. After 10 more minutes I left. Went to bo rics and was very pleased with the service. Will never go again!!!
I always get nice compliments on my hair after I come here.They cut my hair the way I ask.My highlights are natural looking never orange brassy or grey looking.Tranquil massages.I haven't got my nails done there yet.
