Kayla is AMAZING. I love that she is great both at working with my requests and using her creativity to come up with a look that works great for me. I always left her chair a happy lady. Not to mention, her scalp massages are the best. Really. Better than any massage therapist I've ever seen. So sad I had to move across the country and leave Miss Kayla behind! :(

It's been almost been a year now since my wedding, and I can honestly say that starting the day getting my hair done by Kayla was amazingly helpful! She got me ready and confident days in advance, then very gracefully dealt with my hangover that morning. She always has a new trick to teach me, always knows what to do with my hair (since I don't), she's the best!

My friend Allan Anderson told me about Zen in Spokane, so we both made the trip from Yakima. The first trip went so well we returned a few months later and again Kayla did an outstanding job. Hear that Yakima? Move it, move it!

Kayla Scott, an exceptional stylist at Zen, gave me the best cut I've ever had. I drive all the way from Omak to go to this salon because I enjoy it so much! If I could, I would go weekly, just for the delightful shampoo and scalp massage! They use quality products and create a relaxing, yet vibrant atmosphere. Go to Zen! See Kayla!
