I cannot recommend Lidys enough. Shes amazing. She's a nurse and a massage therapist and that combination makes an enormous difference — she actually understands what's happening in the body, why and what to do about it. Most massage therapists can't answer real questions esp about recovery. A few specifics from my experience: When I was dealing with fluid retention and discomfort that was wrecking my sleep, she gave me foam boards placed in the compression garment at the right spots. Lydis and her team at Zen 🧘‍♀️ Concierge are 5-Star! I met Lydis to get fitted for a faja and I received a full education and coaching about recovery and post-operative care. She is a highly relational and skilled nurse, and her knowledge about post-op care for the best results is top notch.
