The best cat clinic in southern Alberta. The thought and consideration put into the design care of the clinic is unique and comforting to cats and owners. The care offered is unmatched, taking a tour of the entire clinic and having each process of any procedure explained, I was comfortable letting them taking my rescue cats and my own for surgeries and care. I was blown away with the level of communication and thoughtfulness in every aspect. Keep up the great work Kate & Zen staff! We need more clinics like you here in town.
Best cat vet in town
This is a bittersweet review, as my sweet Lyla has passed away, but I want people to know how special this clinic is. Dr. Kate and her amazing team cared for Lyla through some of the hardest days of her life, right up to her final days. They always answered my endless calls with kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. It gave me so much comfort knowing they loved and cared for her even when I couldn't be there. This is a vet who cares. It shows through the kind and caring staff, the incredible cat ani-stress environment, the detailed and thoughtful follow up conversations, and the ability to be people AND cat friendly. The entire environment is soothing and even in an emergency we felt supported. They just gained new lifelong patients in our cats. We will be back for sure! You cannot go wrong bring your cats here.
