Mortified. Dug out my nail bed until I bled, air bubbles in clear acrylic, overcharged me, removal and new set within 20 minutes?
worse place ever, my daughter wanted a design they said no i wantes my nails shorter they said no , they were all in such a bad mood i will definitely not be going back
To be honest I have gone there all this year. Each time I have gotten full sets, fills ,pedicures and taken my daugther and neice there. Every single time I have got bounced around from station to station, manicurists to manicurists. One starts and other one finishes. I have to explain twice and by time they are done. It isnt what j showed them in first place. For pedicures Great, anything else, I would not go...
My mom and I came in for service. They started her fill and pedicure. Then, midway they stopped her fill to service another customer. I said excuse me it doesn’t seem fair to start a service on one customer and then go to another that came in later. The owner told me that it is fair that she has to spread out the services. Her attitude was the worst. A kind reply would have sufficed. I will drive down the hill before I ever patronize this establishment again.
