I've used Zen Air for the last three years and couldn't be happier with their service. In addition to routine maintenance, they also completely replaced my old HVAC system in 2024. My experience recently with Brandon is representative of Zen Air as a whole: on time, diligent, dedicated, and straight forward about options/solutions. It's a great company that hires great people who do great work.
Arick B. was excellent. He arrived right on time and quickly identified the problem with my furnace. He took the time to explain the root cause of the issue in a way that was easy to understand. Very professional service, I highly recommend him!
Brandon arrived to perform our regular maintenance checkup. I found him to be very knowledgable, professional and pleasant. He provided fantastic feedback and went over the results of his check that he had performed. I felt like he was very honest and genuine. Thank you for being a part of maintaining the dependability of our heating (and cooling) system.
I had a heating issue with my Lennox heater and made an appointment at like 8pm and even though it was after hours they responded right away saying they were able to get here early morning the next day. Arick showed up, and he was able to find the issue with an internal motor being blocked and was able to resolve the issue in less than an hour. Upon moving into our new home, we discovered that we needed a new furnace and other repairs to our HVAC system. We had a great experience with Jordan, who completed the job in an expert manner, with extra attention to detail. When he took the old system apart, mold was discovered on some of the parts, and he suggested enhancing the system with an ultraviolet light and air scrubber that we ended up incorporating to avoid this problem in the future.
