Wow, these reviews are not to appealing but needless to say I had already retained them. Anyway I find that they are a little abrasive with their no it all approach. I do realize that the burden of time cannot be solely attributed to the attorneys themselves, but the time frame for your settlement or communication of updated information is slow and lacking.Ā
Haven't known Mr. Zemsky for a long period of time but in the time frame I can definitely say he's shown me nothing but professionalism. He has been the model attorney, He goes above and beyond, Any questions I have He always makes himself available to answer them. I highly recommend this lawfirm.., I give them 2 thumbs up!!ššĀ
Jason accepted my case, and I didn't hear from him for over a month. I started to call for an update and case and called everyday for 2 weeks. I kept getting blown off and was told he would get back to me. Finally I got a call from someone in his office and said he was no longer interested in the case. He wasted 6 weeks of my time where I could have found someone else. If he was no longer interested in my case he should have let me known instead for me calling for weeks.Ā
My wife used this law firm eager to help in the beginning now itās been over a year probably 2 years. The issue was, they claimed that the two insurance companies were no good. Regardless, my wife was a passenger in a cab. Now due to covid thereāre even slower. My wife just wants to settle for a reasonable amount from both cars, but was told they need to go to court. Two cars both wrong with my wife in the middle as a passenger.Ā
