I hired Zemsky and Salomon after firing Barns and Barns. Barns and Barns had my case for almost a year and wanted me to settle for penny's, I guest they thought my case was not big enough for them to fight for me and get me the compensation I felt was due. I hired Jason Zemsky for a slip and fall accident that occurred right around the COVID pandemic. Jason was excellent as my attorney. He answered all my questions, and was respectful of my time. Jason Zemsky has had my car accident case for 3 weeks along with a video. After not hearing from him or my insurance company since I hired his company, I sent him an email and a text. If you want compensation for your injury don't hire Jason Zemsky. He will not tell you anything you need to know. What he does is File false accident dates, bill you for places you never been to. While having private conversations with your doctors behind your back to give you memory lost or mood control medications. That way you're confused and he can rip you off, then yelling adding insults to your injury. Cursing at you like he's your parent. Wow, these reviews are not to appealing but needless to say I had already retained them. Anyway I find that they are a little abrasive with their no it all approach. I do realize that the burden of time cannot be solely attributed to the attorneys themselves, but the time frame for your settlement or communication of updated information is slow and lacking.Ā
