Jason is the worst. Extremely condescending and disrespectful. Does not know the law to defend his clients if it were to slap him in the face. Would only recommend him to my enemy since I know nothing will go anywhere with him.

I contacted Zemsky & Salomon after an accident. I appreciated that there was no hard sell, unlike with other firms I had contacted previously. I was glad Jason took over communication with the insurance company so I could focus on my recovery. He explained how the process works, and he and his team kept me informed throughout. Most importantly, he delivered on what he promised, and the case was resolved with a good outcome. I appreciated the professionalism and effort that went into resolving my case.

I hired Zemsky and Salomon after firing Barns and Barns. Barns and Barns had my case for almost a year and wanted me to settle for penny's, I guest they thought my case was not big enough for them to fight for me and get me the compensation I felt was due. I hired Jason Zemsky for a slip and fall accident that occurred right around the COVID pandemic. Jason was excellent as my attorney. He answered all my questions, and was respectful of my time. He kept me up to date, on where my case was at, during that rough time. Jason got me four times the amount of a settlement, more than expected. His staff was always helpful, when needed. Jason Zemsky has had my car accident case for 3 weeks along with a video. After not hearing from him or my insurance company since I hired his company, I sent him an email and a text. He called and as I was asking him about my case and what's going on, He proceeded to start scream at me and told me he hasn't even looked at the video of the accident which he had in his possession for 3 weeks. If you want compensation for your injury don't hire Jason Zemsky. He will not tell you anything you need to know. What he does is File false accident dates, bill you for places you never been to. While having private conversations with your doctors behind your back to give you memory lost or mood control medications. That way you're confused and he can rip you off, then yelling adding insults to your injury. Cursing at you like he's your parent.
