Have to agree with most of the reviews I've read here about a terrible office staff and general overall awful patient service attitude. I have had an appointment on the calendar with Zemel since November 2022 after beginning a new job and working with a new insurance policy. They were unable to accommodate until 2/13/2023, which I took since I had no other options.
