I can never get thru to ask for help or talk to someone. Even a physician assistant
Have to agree with most of the reviews I've read here about a terrible office staff and general overall awful patient service attitude. I have had an appointment on the calendar with Zemel since November 2022 after beginning a new job and working with a new insurance policy. They were unable to accommodate until 2/13/2023, which I took since I had no other options. It took 4 months to be seen and now no matter how often I call to schedule or get an update on test results the phone lines are always busy. This has been going on over 4 weeks. Because of this I would never recommend the practice and I've told my pcp they shouldn't refer to them either.
