At Christmas I chose two pieces of jewelry and my husband bought them both.. three months later at the beginning of the COVID lockdown I lost a side stone on both rings. I brought them in for an estimate to replace. I brought the jewelry in for an estimate to repair and was told that I would get a call for repair estimate. Instead I got a call to come in and pick up my rings. The bill for 45 dollars on the jewelry that should have never lost the stones to begin with in only three months. Was my first time at the store. I was looking for a unique gift for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. Rita was so helpful from me calling ahead to ask questions to helping me find the absolutely perfect gift. The engraving machine is really cool and it’s so wonderful the way you can customize your items. The jewelry is beautiful in the store and all unique beautiful and many affordable beautiful pieces. Zembar Jewelers is like having your own personal jeweler. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Kathy, the owner, is top notch. She will answer all your questions, so you really understand. She does appraisals, resets jewelry and does repairs.She also sells some beautiful pieces at reasonable prices.If you are hunting for a reputable jeweler this is the place! Zembar for a gift for yourself or someone you love.
If you are looking for sincerely wonderful staff and great work, I've had several watches cleaned and fixed, and even had a lovely plaque made there while I waited. They have beautiful jewelry to purchase at reasonable costs and are running some sales now for Easter gifts. Stop by and you won't be disappointed!!
