I highly recommend Zeller Home Inspections. As a first time homebuyer and buying an older home I was very worried about what I was getting into. Mark did a great job finding all the repairs needed, answered all my questions and made sure the house was up to date with all safety standards. He made this process smooth comfortable step for me.
Zeller did a inspection on our home. I get it they have a job to do. What I dont get is way he left things out of place. Numerous items were moved and not returned to where he found them. Just laid next to or near by original placement. Items that had been plugged in now unplugged and laying near out let. At the height of a pandemic he was in our home over 3hrs with no mask. Mark made a very thorough home inspection and made sure I knew everything I was getting into when buying my first home. He pointed out all of the health and safety concerns that should be taken care of before closing which gave me peace of mind.
