Dr. Avolio is a really good dentist and very nice. Most of the staff are really nice. I freak out every time I even think about going to the dentist, but now it's a lot easier. Very grateful that they take my insurance too.
Had my first procedure at ZS today. It was excellent and painless during and after. Great job Dr. John and team.
Wow the staff at Zelienople was amazing!! I am terrified of the dentist and the entire staff was so accommodating to me! I am not kidding when I say severe dental anxiety but I have never been treated so well as I was here! The receptionist was so kind and chatted with me until it was my turn. If something pinched a little the hygienist stopped and waited until I was ready to go again. Then dentist even cracked some jokes to calm my nerves. Dr Avolio was wonderful. I wish I could say the same about his receptionist Angel. I have left numerous voice mails as well as an email and have not received any return calls. Supposedly, she has been working with the insurance company since October 2016 to set up the new practice as participating. However when you contact the insurance they do not have record of this. I have been on conference calls between the insurance and Angel and she is just plain rude to the insurance rep. Almost a year later and the issue is still no... read more

Can not say enough positive things about Dr John & the ladies! My husband hadn't been to the dentist in over 30yrs. They helped ease him fears & now he goes regularly.
