Great environment! The staff is great and always a clean space.
Very friendly and inviting facility with wonderful staff. The administrative team is courteous, attentive, and quick to address concerns.
This place is ok, but what I don’t like is that the workers don’t speak or greet the parents that come in, that’s very rude. The inside is always cold with no heat during cold days. Some of the workers just stand on top of the stairs and look down but don’t speak or acknowledge you. It’s always crowded on the inside with not enough seats. The workers are hardly ever on time or you have to wait the max time for you kid to get picked up or dropped off :(
The 5 star review is specifically for center A where Ruqia is the BCBA. She is hands down the Ms Honey for autistic children! Very thorough actually wants to help your child succeed and grow. Shannon the tech was amazing with my daughter all staff in center A was amazing! I switched my daughter to center C to get a longer schedule to help with potty training.
