Used Miguel Zelaya for a bathroom remodel. He provided his experience and found out it was a lie, unfortunately after he started the work. He asked for advances, which I stupidly provided. He only showed up for a couple of hours a day and not every day. To find out, he was wearing an ankle monitor due to immigration issues and he apparently had to be home certain times and certain day. Which wouldn’t have bothered me, if he was up front about it. He was weeks off of the original finish date and he hadn’t even finished drywal... read more
