Service was very disappointing. I waited over three hours just for someone to start on my hair. To make matters worse, the braider stopped halfway through my appointment to start working on another customer’s hair before finishing mine. I found that to be very unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I will not be returning.
I love my hair. This shot was so professional and sweet. All the ladies took their time. They’re very detailed with your hair and it was perfect. I will definitely be back again. I got so many compliments on my hair.
I had a great experience! It’s super busy and the shop is tiny but everyone was very nice and helpful. They did a great job on my braids. I have some alopecia from my last pregnancy so I got box braids and they look beautiful. Thank you Zaina and your braid team:)
I wasn’t even going to write a review; but my first experience and hair is just terrible. I sat for 11 HOURS ( 9:30 AM to 8 PM ) in a shop with no air. I asked for medium and got the smallest braids I could imagine. Look at the parts… some are big, some are small and then it’s triangles …… like what? I do not recommend. And these braids are insanely TIGHT. Knotless braids are not supposed to be tight…..
