I had a great experience! It’s super busy and the shop is tiny but everyone was very nice and helpful. They did a great job on my braids. I have some alopecia from my last pregnancy so I got box braids and they look beautiful. Thank you Zaina and your braid team:)

I wasn’t even going to write a review; but my first experience and hair is just terrible. I sat for 11 HOURS ( 9:30 AM to 8 PM ) in a shop with no air. I asked for medium and got the smallest braids I could imagine. Look at the parts… some are big, some are small and then it’s triangles …… like what? I do not recommend. And these braids are insanely TIGHT. Knotless braids are not supposed to be tight…..

I'm not sure what was going on with Zeina that day, but she sure did give me a fight. She constantly pushed and turned my head around throughout the entire service. She blamed my hair length for taking 4 hours for a braided ponytail, in which I've had before. It normally takes about 2 hours. My hair ain't that short for gripping. She kept pausing and stopping and doing whatever, which is what carried the time over. I let her finish, but she won't be getting my business again. 10/10 amazing service I was a bit warm was offered a fan the lady took her time was very nice and clean very polite braids turned out exactly how I wanted will return
