We have used Ziglers for catering as well as take out for our family for several years. After COVID hit they increased the beef brisket from $18 per pound to $25 per pound, which is understandable due to the fact beef was hard to come by. I ordered a couple pounds a few months ago, which was $70.00, got it home and realized it was mostly fat, I immediately returned it and was told that I should have requested lean, okay unless you request lean you get a box of fat!!!?? First time eating here today. Lynn at the register was awesome! She took the time to explain the menu and was very patient with us. I had brisket plate-lean...delicious and just as I like it. My husband had ribs. Sauce was excellent. We will be back!

The Zeigler's are AMAZING people who make the BEST BBQ. And don't get me started on the Mac and cheese 😍🤤💯 the GOT of Mac and cheese. Like hint of spice?? Try their jalapeno corn nuggets 😋. Pulled pork and brisket are also AWESOME 💯🤤😍. THANKS FOR ALL THE AMAZING FOOD, SERVICE AND FRIENDSHIP OVER THE LAST 10ish YEARS.
