Update (2 Months Later):Just discovered something unacceptable despite being told my plate was properly transferred, it never was. When I tried to renew, I was told the plate was still pending and never officially registered.That means Ive been unknowingly driving an unregistered Jeep for months. I took my family, including my 2-year-old son, on multiple trips, unaware we were at risk of being pulled over or worse. If wed been in an accident, insurance couldve denied coverage.This wasnt a clerical error it was gross negligen... read more

Terrible dealership. Would leave negative 10 stars or less if I could. They are sketchy in so many ways. They lowballed me on an offer, tried to gaslight me into thinking the reason they hadnt called me was MY fault, and until they can prove otherwise Im 99.9% sure that ******* ******** is whats called a phantom expert. Stolen Titan In 2021, I went to Central Houston Nissan and started to trade in my Titan for a new Frontier. Signed paperwork, but didn't complete the deal because I didn't have the title to sign over to them. That's okay, they said, bring it back tomorrow. Tomorrow came, and I backed out of buying the Frontier because the Nissan Connect entertainment system didn't work. Was negotiating on a 2024 new Nissan Armada with internet sales for 2 days. Picture listed the *** with 3 miles on it. We agreed on a price I made an appointment to buy and later that night got a call that the owner actually has been driving the "new car" and it has 7000 on it. False advertising!! and a waste of my time...was told internet sales did not have this information....What???? On May 18, 2024, I aquired a used car inspection that revealed no significant issues; however, just a few days later, the engine problems resurfaced, indicating the vehicle had a timing issue. Currently, the maintenance cost exceed nine thousand dollars. Had the service preformed a code review, I would have permitted Nissan Service to rectify these issues. I bought a 2025 Nissan Kicks March 31 2025. I traded in my 2015 Nissan Juke. Upon doing so, I was told that the oil change that I was charged for on my 2015 Juke would be forgiven. NOT!!!! When I contacted the manager he said he would make it right. He did not. Nissan motors in Oceanside still owes me *****. I was also lied to regarding several aspects of this car. Dont go there !!!

Let us drive off of the lot TWICE without being financed. Then was treated poorly by the finance director **** when we returned the second unfinanced vehicle. They just recently gave us $400 of the $1000 we put down after I had left a review on ****** about the entire situation. Not okay. We want our full down payment back.
